My father-in-law wants to plan a trip to Myrtle Beach for the extended family. We will need 4 bedrooms. The main criteria is a great pool, close to the beach, and close to restaurants. Ive never been there before so I have no clue.

Most places other than beach houses will probably have a maximum of 3 bedrooms. There are some that have 4 bedrooms
Try the following:
-Breakers Paradise Towers (www.breakers.com) 3 BR%26#39;s max
-Compass Cove (www.compasscove.com) 3BR max
-Hampton Inn (www.hamptoninnoceanfront.com) Family Suite may not be big enough.
-Ocean Creek (www.oceancreek.com) Villas, houses/townhouses
-Sea Island on the Beach (www.seaislandonthebeach.com)
-Southwind on the Ocean (www.thesouthwind.com) I was quoted for a 5 bedroom , 7 night minimum stay for $599.00 plus tax per/night.
Also, with these large places, there will be a minimum night stay which may be hard to do with a group so large. But if it wouldn%26#39;t be a problem try looking at renting a beach house. I have a book at home listing the beach houses for rent that usually rent for about $1,500 per week for a smaller beach house and about $2,500 for the larger ones. Problem is they may not have the amenities of a hotel/condo resort such as the pools, restaurants, etc.
