Where to stay?

We are planning a trip to HH for the first time, and with 4 kids....

One 16yr old girl, one 13yr old boy, and two 10yr old girls. The kids like to interact with other kids they%26#39;re age, and my husband and I like to be able to split up, and take the kids to the pool and the beach without being too far from each other. The kids like to have a feeling that they can roam a bit while we can still see them, and keep an eye on them while at the pool or beach. We all enjoy a more upbeat surrounding, rather than a laid back one. Any tips on where we should stay? Thanks in advance.

Where to stay?

My Son and Daughter in law are down this week along with their kids. They are staying at my rental villa at Captain%26#39;s Walk. The place is loaded with families like them.

I believe that it probably is the same all over the island.

So to answer your question, when you read the ';Plantations'; sticky, you will see the difference between the various resorts. In your case, I would think Palmeto Dunes is for you.

Then go to Cyberrentals or VRBO and pick a place that is available.

Where to stay?

Thank you. I%26#39;ll check out palmetto dunes. Any place in particular that is nicer than others?

The oceanfront condos are called

Barringtons

Captain%26#39;s Walk

Hamptons

Villa Mare

Windsors

All are great.

Captains Walk has the best views. Villa Mare has a Fitness center.

Not all Villa Mares or Barringtons are directly oceanfront.

Stan,

Do any of them have lazy rivers, or swim up bars that the kids can order smoothies?

No lazy rivers. The PD condos are within walking distance on the beach from either the Hilton or the Marriott. Each of these have a beach bar and restaurant. They can order smoothies and sandwiches there.
