Lands Inn

I am planning a trip to myrtle beach with to teenage 16 and 17 and a 3 year old were leaving July 31 we are trying to decide on a hotel can anyone tell if Lands Inn is a nice hotel or maybe suggest a hotel that is not very expensive. about 5 years ago my daughter stayed there at lands in with a friend she didn%26#39;t think it was bad then but it was a long time ago.....

I stayed here once in 04 and it very nice and very reasonable price for its location. They have 2 room, rooms avaible and are oceanfront. The parking lot is small and not to good. There is alot of stuff to do within a short walk from Lands Inn and Family Kingdom is like a 100 yards away. For the value its a very good hotel.

We stayed in this hotel last year. ( We acually stayed at the Sea Shore, which is acually the same hotel, but the different side of the building.) I will say that the room was clean, but a little out dated. We did run into some minor problems, but most were taken care of. We had to go all week without a telephone in our room, but that was no big deal, since we were not in our room a lot. The management is a little rude. With my personal experience of the place, I wouldnt stay there again. The Windsurfer next door is beautiful, and I have heard nothing but excellent things about the place. Im not sure on the price, but you may want to check it out.
