Crab dinner???

Coming from Michigan (June 29 - July 8) with two teen boys who love crab. Looking for recomendations (we%26#39;ll be staying two days in the city and a week on IOP).

The crab cakes at the Boathouse on IOP are excellent. Just make sure to get reservations there (you can also do it online at opentable.com). The crab is also good at SeeWee restaurant which is north on 17 out of Mt. Pleasant.

Crabcakes at Station 22 Restaurant on Sullivan%26#39;s Island (next island over, 5 min by car) are excellent also. Not too many of the restaurants here serve crab legs. During the time you are here you may be able to get soft shell crab, I think it will be in season then. This is my favorite way to eat crab, I eat it every chance I get while it is in season.

Do you mean Alaskan King Crab or the local Blue Atlantic Crab?
