Good spot for Beach Wedding

Hello! My fiancee and I have been searching for a nice spot on Isle of Palms to get married on Sept. 17 (it%26#39;s a Sunday). We live in Charleston, but are very new to the area and are having trouble finding ';that perfect place';. I read someone%26#39;s post about breach inlet and we do like that area of the beach. Does anyone have suggestions about parking??? The wedding is about 60 people with the reception at Dunes West in Mount Pleasant. Also, are there rules about what you can have on the beach (we were considering having a small arch with flowers for everyone to gather around.) Any advice would be helpful!! Thank you

Good spot for Beach Wedding

Sorry I did not see your post sooner. As far as I know nothing prohibits you having an arch, assuming of course that you clean up after yourself. :) There is a small parking area by Breach Inlet, but it is often filled by beach goers, etc. Perhaps a better solution would be to arrange some sort of shuttle from Wild Dunes to the beach site. This could be as simple as a friend with a mini-van taking people back and forth or something more elaborate.
