Has anyone been to or passed by the Ocean Reef lately? We have vacationed there the last three years, but are skipping this year to put a deck around our pool. I was wondering how the new construction is coming along. I heard they are putting an addition on the north side, a parking garage across the street and a new pool where the handicapped parking is.

The parking area has just been started....the new addition is just about complete...should be finished with that before the heart of the season.

Any new news on the renovations (additions) at the Ocean Reef?
We will be staying at the Ocean Reef this July. I had emailed the Ocean Reef to ask about the renovations about a month ago. They promptly replied back. They are building more condo units, which will be ready to rent this August. They are also adding a new tropical pool with an island and a sunken ship which is scheduled to open mid June. Also a new parking garage is being build across the street. Can%26#39;t wait to go!
