Any suggestions on a safe and reasonable hotel or condo to send 6 responsible graduates for a week? They are all 18.

I%26#39;m not for sure if you will locate a condo to rent, unless maybe someone on www.vrbo.com may do so.....these are for rent by owner. Another hotel besides Midtown (which is decent and centrally located right across from the Pavilion and near where a number of the international students stay) is the Sheraton at the convention center. They will rent to those under 25, plus provide transportation to Broadway at the Beach, the airport, and to the oceanfront (it is within walking distance tho%26#39;).
For condos on vrbo some that I would look at would be the Breakers, Caravelle, Ocean Forest, just to name a few....
