Has any one stayed at Sea Point Condo%26#39;s on the North end of

Cherry Grove Section? I haven%26#39;t seen reviews for this place and wonder why the cost is so low?

The location is nearing the northern tip of Cherry Grove. Have not stayed there but aware of the building and location. I think the pricing is in line w/ other comparable condos. It%26#39;s a relatively big building (for Cherry Grove), and lots of condos available to rent, so it would be best to look at pictures closely if booking through Elliott or VRBO to ensure the one you are renting is updated and has good views. Location of building is great if you are looking to get away from traffic, etc...
