MB nightlife

Hi my friend and I are coming from NYC to visit and was hoping someone could provide us with some insight on great dining in MB as well nightclub and lounges. Also some cool outdoor bars. Looking to have a good time! :) Oh we are in our mid/late 20%26#39;s so a younger crowd is a plus.

what about trendy fun lounges and restaurants?

Trendy fun lounges and restaurants? Lets see....I would make one of your evenings a Murrells Inlet night...just about 20 minutes (depending on where you are staying) south of MB, but well worth the drive! A number of great places to eat along the marshwalk there, with most having live music on their outdoor decks. One of my fav places there is the Hot Fish Club (www.hotfishclub.com)

Another great outdoor bar is Bummz Beach Cafe, located at 20th Ave N in MB...great outdoor bar, right on the beach with live music til about 9pm or so....

SoHo is a great sushi place, right on 21st Ave N its also a great late night hangout for the 20+ crowd...alot of locals. As well as the City Bar (real trendy, tapas style -- a dress up type place, but cool!) Collectors Cafe (great late nite coffees and a good choice for dinner) The Palms (ditto like Collectors) and across the street from these three is Liberty Tap Room and Grille...a good mix of locals and tourists.

And dont count out Broadway...its alot of fun, and a good meeting place. For tacky trendy you might want to check out Margartiaville...the place is alot of fun, food is decent and the live band that they ususally have (Painted Man) is AWESOME!
