Where to eat?

I am staying at Montery Bay Suites what places is close to eat at? What is a good Italian restaraunt or any other place, has anyone ate at the Giant Crab? Keep in mind my budget is $50 for 2 people.

Giant Crab is decent, but out of all the buffets if I had to pick one, I%26#39;d still go with the Original Benjamins Calabash next door to the Crab.

Where to eat?

Anyone know if there are any places to eat near the Marriott Grandes Dunes?

All restaurants listed in the above post are right in the neighborhood.

I also recommend Collector%26#39;s Cafe- a little more upscale. Fantastic scallop cakes! The menu changes seasonally, so go by and see what is being offered. In between 76th and 79th Ave. beside Eckard Drugs.

They also have wonderful caffe and desserts!

Agree with the above post....Collectors is excellent! one of my favorite places at the beach, but above budget for denverdave...they do have a website which is

Another place that is great right in that same area is The Palms and the City Bar....this is the area known as the ';Bistro Section'; of Myrtle Beach. Inbetween 76th Ave N and 79th Ave N.

Bonefish Grille and Villa Mare get my vote also. A little further away at Broadway At The Beach is Landry%26#39;s. Oh yeah, Carolina Roadhouse is also close.

I almost forgot ,try the %26#39;Loaf of Soup%26#39; at Atlanta Bread Company.Captain Georges may have a little better buffet than Giant Crab.
