busy or slow

What would be the busy and slow season in myrtle beach

busy or slow

If you go after Labor Day it will be much less crowded. I like going in September, it%26#39;s a lot easier to find a place to put my beach umbrella. The weather is still warm and so is the ocean, just keep an eye out for the hurricanes. There is the Fall Harley Rally in September, but if you work around that week, you pretty much have the run of the beach, no crowds, no lines. I do have to go out to eat early though, around 6ish. The larger restaurants close early in the off season due to lack of people.

busy or slow

Summer is busy %26amp; fun, fun, fun for families with kiddies. September is wonderful...less crowded, beautiful weather. My personal favorite time.

the really slow season here at the beach is from December til early March...the really busy season is from mid June til just about Labor day...

:)

i am looking for some nightlife and places where a twenties crowd would be at...is myrtle beach not the spot.?

Of course its the spot! And depending on the time of year would depend on how large the crowds would be. Best place to start the party (or looking for the party) would be Broadway at the Beach...alot of the local 20+ crowd tends to hang out around Liberty Tap Room and Grille (77th Ave N) or SoHo (21st Ave N).....

:)

Busy: Now-2nd week of August

Slow: Last 2 weeks of August and any time after labor day.

For the past 3 years we go around 3 week of August (18-26) which is good. I know North Carolina schools are back in school. MD DC and VA and GA schools are in. It%26#39;s just before Labor day so most people hold out until then. Or you can just check some reservations at some pretty nice hotels. If most of them don%26#39;t have any rooms, then it%26#39;s probably busy there. If you can find a room just about anywhere then it%26#39;s probably not too busy.
