Looking for a place with a pool, beach front, and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc.

Suggestions?

I would suggest 2 areas....the section around 21st Ave N (Breakers, Best Western, Dayton House, Camelot) or in the Avenue or Cabana Section (Forest Dunes, Sea Island, South Wind, Monteray Bay, Ocean Reef, Grande Shores) just to name a few.

I agree with those selections. The Grande Shores (71st Ave) rep. told me that they are close to the ';Main Avenue'; area of the Northern part of MB. She said there are lots of restaurants and local bars in that area. It%26#39;s walking distance from their hotel as well.

Grande Shores is probably less than 2 blocks to what is referred to as the ';Bistro District';...some really nice restaurants, and a few late night options...a few favs are Villa Mare, Collectors (dinner and a good late nite coffee and dessert option), City Bar (tapas and late nite) and Liberty Tap Room and Grille (again dinner and late nite)...and a WONDERFUL Chinese place (carry out or dine in) is China Dragon, right behind Liberty.

Good choice for accomodations!
