We will be leaving on 6/23 from Ohio to Myrtle. Will be driving mostly on 77 to 74 to 40 to 220 and then 501 (something like that :).
Is there a website that we can check prior to leaving on where construction/detours will be?

Rand McNally, AAA, and also the state DOT%26#39;s should have them (I know North Carolina does).

No construction on the WV turnpike (77) that I know of. Usually some between Huntington and Charleston though.
Just returned today from MB and live in Ohio. There really wasn%26#39;t much construction that would set you back or that you need to avoid. It was a pretty smooth trip for us. We did see many car accidents though so drive safe!
