Carolina Winds is at 200 76th Ave. North, according to Mapquest.com you are 5.88 miles from Broadway at the Beach. You would leave the hotel, go back out to N. Kings Hwy and take a left, go 4 miles, and take a right on 21st Ave., go another mile and you will see Broadway on the right, can%26#39;t miss it.

Or a quicker route would be to turn left out of your hotel onto Ocean Blvd....stay on that until you reach 38th Ave N, turn right to the 2nd stoplight (Grissom Pkwy) turn left and Broadway at the Beach is just past the next light at 29th Ave N.

Carolina Winds is in an area we refer to as ';The Avenues';...is a bit more laid back that the area around the downtown and the south end of MB....you are about in between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. You also have a number of restaurants, as well as grocery and beach wear stores within walking distance from that property.

Carolina WInds is basically the next to last hotel in the northern

part of Myrtle Beach. Very nice residential section, beach not as crowded. Grocery store (Food Lion or Land) one block away.

We have stayed the past two years at Carolina Winds in a 3 bed/2 bath oceanfront condo with wrap-around balcony. We loved it!!

If you come in on Rt. 501, be sure to take Rt 22 (past Aynor I think)

Then take the first exit to Myrtle Beach, you should then be heading

south. 76th Ave is not too far.
