4 college students planning a summer trip

Me and 3 of my friends are 22 and we were wondering where are the places college students stay in the summer? We are looking for a place that has a bar and that is fun. Thanks for your help.

-Compass Cove at 2311 S. Ocean Blvd.. This is located in the south end of myrtle beach. They have a little bar that gets a littly live after 9pm. There is also a bar/nightclub across the street a few blocks in walking distance that all of the younger people go to. can%26#39;t remember the name. They also have a gift shop that has wine coolers and I think beer. So you won%26#39;t need to go far. It%26#39;s in the south end of the area which is near the Pavillion. The Pinnacle building has just been renovated. The mariner is the newest of the buildings. The schooner building is the motel and it only has 5 floors or so, so if you want to be high up don%26#39;t get that building. www.compasscove.com

-The Crown Reef at 2913 S. Ocean Blvd. has a bar and lounge. The other posts on this site however don%26#39;t give them such great ratings. It%26#39;s a fairly newer hotel I don%26#39;t understand how they could have gotten so bad. www.crownreef.com

-Never been to the Landmark Resort at 1501 S. Ocean Blvd, but try their website www.landmarkresort.com and see if you like it. They have a lounge and restaurant and I have always seen the younger crowd around the hotel.

You for sure want to stay on the ';strip'; It%26#39;s a little more lively for your group and there is always something to do.

I%26#39;d go more towards the north end of town --- the area right around 21st Ave N is really popular with the younger crowd, and with Bumm Beach Cafe to start out your evening and SoHo to end the night out (all within walking distance) you cant go wrong.

Check out The Breakers Resort (I like the Paradise Tower), Dayton House, or even the Camelot (not as nice, but the price may be a bit better). All of these places are less than 2 miles to Broadway at the Beach for more fun (www.broadwayatthebeach.com) And all are OF. The Pavilion is about 1/2 mile, and you are right on the strip.

:)

I live in MB and just want you to know that some place require that someone over 25 must be in the group. This is not for all places, but inquire before you make reservations.
