We are coming the first week in june..I was wondering if it rains alot in early June??Any bad storms???

my son lives there. He says an afternoon shower is not uncommon but normally doesn%26#39;t last too long unless there is a storm front coming through. As for hurricanes, just keep an eye on the weather channel. enjoy your stay!

HTere usaly anit no hurricanes this eraly in the year it is usaly around July before they get really started up.

I have been coming to MB for about 4-5 years. We always go later part of August. This is typically the worst time during Hurricane season and we haven%26#39;t experienced any hurricanes. Also the water isn%26#39;t as choppy in June as it is in August. June would be a great month to go, however it is a little more crowded and expensive because it is the ';high'; season or beginning of the summer vacations.

South Carolina native here. It is rare to have hurricanes in the Atlantic Basin before mid-August; August %26amp; September are the active months. You are safe for June. We do have almost daily summer thunderstorms though, usually in the late afternoon. They can be terrifying when they first hit, but the really hard rain %26amp; wind gusts usually last for only 15-30 minutes. Enjoy your visit with us!
