For fireworks I would stay at Cherry Grove area near the pier where they are set off. This is the northern tip of Myrtle.

What are you looking for? I think the best condo units are in Crescent Shores and they have very good amenities too. Since you mention ';family'; I guess it%26#39;s safe to say kids are in the group. If so the above suggestions are good. Many pools and lazy rivers.

If by chance kids aren%26#39;t in the picture you might consider a smaller condo building without as many ammenities. The larger resort type buildings will be packed during the Fourth Of July Week.

Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach put on fireworks displays every week. Can only imagine what they put off for the Fourth.
