me and two mates are thinking of stopping over in myrtle beach for a few days in september.

would like to be near the beach and some bars

Hampton Inn Broadway at the Beach 843-916-0600 is a very nice hotel located right at Broadway at the Beach (a big shopping %26amp; entertainment complex). There%26#39;s tons to do and many bars and nightclubs right there and it is located 2 miles from the beach.

A good hotel would be Coral BEach Resort. They have the beach and a Beach Bar there. They also have a comedy club thing and pool side Karoke.

Guess I%26#39;ll throw another place in the mix....The Beakers (Paradise Tower)...great OF place to stay, you have Beach Beach bar right next door, great place for the afternoon cocktail and eats...then right up the road you have a few other places....River City, Dirty Dons, and SoHo (great late night spot...real local place) and you are only about a litle over a mile to Broadway at the Beach...which is really a hoping spot!
