4th of july week

what events are going on for the week of the 4th . can any one help

You have a number of things at Broadway at the Beach - go to their website (www.broadwayatthebeach.com) and click on events...the Pelicans play July 1 and the 8th (www.myrtlebeachpeilcans.com) July 1st is there firework night with a concert and all....the city%26#39;s firework will be shot off at 2nd Ave Pier on the 4th as well as a number of other places...its a cool site on the beach on the 4th...there are a few special things planned at the Pavilion since this is the last 4th there...concerts and such....just to name a few things!

4th of july week

This summer we are comin g down the Saturday after the 4th. Will the traffic and allthat still be real bad? We usaly come the last week in June or about the 3rd week in July and traffic anit to bad then.

I came down last year to MB (BTW I love MB) on the 4th of July week and i figured it would be a traffic jam all the way there. I%26#39;m not lying to you we got there quicker than we have ever gotten there. it usually takes us about 8 hours to get there from tennessee but we timed it %26amp; it took about 2 hours less time getting there. We were shocked. %26amp; personally we went the 4th of July week and thought it would be packed alot to do well, it wasn%26#39;t it%26#39;s more packed in mid - late June than it is on the 4th of July it was like it was ';dead'; at MB last year we still had a good time still people there and as it got farther away from the 4th of July more %26amp; more people started coming back in town. I love MB BUT, I wouldn%26#39;t expect the 4th of July to be really busy and all because that%26#39;s exactly what we thought and the traffic wasn%26#39;t packed at all that was a good thing but MB was just kind of deserted feeling that wasn%26#39;t good. Which too I%26#39;ve been going for the last 13 years to MB and I guess we might just be tired of it. But i like MB alot better in June that on the 4th. If you like more people more stuff to do then I would go in june. I don%26#39;t want to sway you in either direction don%26#39;t get me wrong there was still people @ MB then but I think it%26#39;s alot better in Jun or some other time to go. O %26amp; as far as events going on Broadway @ the Beach really was the only place that had stuff going on and it%26#39;s mostly at night time I really enjoyed it there. Hope this helps~
