Is there any place in Charleston or immediate environs that provides public internet access, free or fee? I%26#39;ve done a number of searches and have yet to turn up any Internet cafes or Internet rental kiosks.

Hoping to not have to bring my WiFi laptop on vacation ...

Yes. There are many hotspots around town and the library has internet available but you may need to have a library card. I have never used their internet service. Many of the coffee shops have wireless service available.
