Hey Irish - what route are you taking? I%26#39;m reading different routes on here than the way AAA sends me. The man we are renting from sent me a different set of directions too.

smokiesgrl, we had a couple different options...and i WAS going to go east on 32 and then east on 35 and hit I-77 in Charleston. but we%26#39;re going south on 75, then east on 40 (so we go by gatlinburg) then east on 26. and pop, i%26#39;ll wave at ya, but you%26#39;ll be far away when i do! ;-) i leave in a few hours... i have butterflies...

Thanks Irish - have a wonderful time. I think we will be spending most of our time in North Myrtle Beach - want to check out Barefoot Landing. May venture out to see a lighthouse - but it will be a very low key trip - mom is 80 - so need to adjust my schedule to hers. Of coure we will have to check out the outlets!

I hope to be in gatlinburg for a stop over next Saturday night. :) Mom just laughed when I told her - she new I could%26#39;nt stay away when I am that close!!!!!!!

So do we! Of course I%26#39;ve packed the kids stuff but not my own yet. I guess that how it works when you are a parent. There are so many extras to pack with kids - we have a 10 hour drive so we must keep them entertained!
